Panerai Celebrates The 20th Anniversary Of The Paneristi With The New Limited Edition Radiomir Venti

Panerai celebrates the 20th anniversary of the Paneristi online community with a new distinctive Radiomir

The Paneristi began 20 years ago as a group devoted to a cult timepiece brand just reemerging after decades of dormancy. It grew to an authoritative global network for Panerai information and a catalyst for enduring real-world relationships, centralizing communities first on the long-standing site Paneristi.com and later evolving across key social platforms.

On the occasion of their two-decade milestone, Panerai has created a limited edition watch to celebrate the Paneristi and their unwavering commitment to the brand and each other. The joint project was conceived and executed to recognize a powerful emotional bond. The new Radiomir Venti (PAM2020) – 45 mm, is the result of an intense creative process involving close collaboration between the Laboratorio di Idee, Panerai’s technical and creative team, and the Paneristi. Both timepiece and tribute, celebrates a group of loyal connoisseurs and admirers whose engraved insignia the watch bears on both its dial and caseback.

Taking cues from the design vocabulary of the first Radiomir dating to the 1930s this indistinguishable Italian design retains its appeal after almost a century. Signature elements of the new model include the use of sword-shaped gold color hands, a typical element of the original models, beige Super-LumiNovaTM and a brown sandwich sunbruched dial with a finish that simulates the effects of time on vintage models that have survived to this day. Included is a “VENTI” engraving between the lugs at 6 o’clock, paying further tribute to the Paneristi.com community.

Created to evoke the glorious past, the Radiomir Venti – 45 mm conforms to the mechanical specifications of models dating back to the dawn of the brand. It features Caliber P.6000, a manually-wound mechanical movement, entirely conceived, designed and developed by the Panerai Manufacture in Neuchâtel. Resilient and stable thanks to the presence of a bridge with dual supports, Caliber P.6000 is equipped with a device that stops the balance wheel when the crown is pulled out and features a three-day power reserve provided by a single barrel.

The special edition reference Radiomir – 45 mm (PAM02020) is limited to 1020 pieces.

The piece is housed in an AISI 316L steel case and is water resistant up to 10 bar (about 100 meters). The new Radiomir Venti – 45 mm is accompanied by a beige strap in calfskin suede with tone-on-tone stitching and a hot-stamped “OP” logo.

In vintage style, it features a sewn-in trapezoidal pin buckle in steel with weathered aged patina effect.
